Return and exchange conditions

After purchasing a product on the website carvol.com.ua, you can return it within 14 days if it doesn't suit you for any reason.
The company returns and exchanges goods of appropriate quality in accordance with the Law
 "On the protection of consumer rights".

Terms of product return:

  • Return period: The product must be returned within 14 days from the moment of purchase. This period starts from the day of receipt of the product.
  • Product condition: The product must be in its original condition, without signs of use or damage. This means that the product should not be scratched, there should be no broken glass or other visible damage.
  •  Packaging: The product packaging must be intact, without any damage. This includes all additional components and accessories that come with the product.
  • Product working condition: The product must work properly and have all its functions in working order. This may include checking that the product turns on and functions without any problems or errors.
  • Warranty card: The warranty card must be preserved and undamaged. This may be required for any warranty repairs or exchanges.

To process a return, you must have the following documents:

  • A document confirming the purchase of a product: it can be a check, invoice or deed, which indicates the date and place of purchase, the name of the product and its price.
  • Proof of your identity: This can be a passport, identity card or any other document that contains your name and photo.
  • Duly completed warranty card: If the product had a warranty, you must have a warranty card showing the date of purchase, the name of the product and the terms of the warranty.
  •  Bank card details if the purchase was made without cash: if you paid for the product using a bank card, you may need the details of this card to return the money to your account.

The return of goods with a defect or manufacturing defect is possible only after receiving a report from the service center. The service center will carry out a detailed inspection of the product and determine whether it has defects that arose due to the fault of the manufacturer. If the service center found that the product really has a defect or a manufacturing defect, a return is possible. However, it is important to pay attention to the fact that returns are possible only during the warranty period.

Warranty repairs, exchanges and refunds are not valid for:

  • A device that has suffered damage or damage as a result of improper use or maintenance.
  • Product details have been altered or repaired without the manufacturer's permission
  • The goods were not used in accordance with the instructions provided by the manufacturer.
    The device was used in unfavorable conditions
  • The original serial number is missing, corrupted or unreadable on the device.
  • The product has mechanical damage or traces of intervention by persons not authorized by the manufacturing company.
    Damage caused by defects in the system in which the product was used or caused by connecting and connecting the product to other products.
  • The malfunction of the device is caused by a violation of the rules of operation, transportation and storage outlined in the User's Guide
